ASME page and Brochure

This is an absolutely incredible collection of IC engines in a dozen separate buildings.  Engines are selected to be displayed only if they have some historical significance.  The ASME Brochure link describes some of them.  Most engines run very nicely.  Fuel is mostly natural gas from an on-site well.  Some engines run on Propane, Hydrogen or "oil" (kerosene or diesel fuel).

This is a must-see exhibition for anyone interested in old engines!

The largest engine is the 600 HP Snow engine.  Watching it start & run is incredible.

This is the "half-breed Pavilion.  Steam engines were retrofitted with IC cylinders & valving.
